Since many of our products are custom-made, we can only offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in specific cases.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your product arrives damaged.
- There is a defect in printing or product quality.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Wait for our team to review your request.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Customer size mistakes
- Design approval errors by the customer
- Minor color variations
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect shipping information
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
