If Files Are Good
  • We approve within 24 hours
  • Production starts immediately
  • Delivery date is locked in
If Files Need Fixes
  • We will email you within 24 hours
  • You resend corrected files
  • Turnaround timer resets from resubmission date
  • Your delivery date may extend by 1-2 days
File Requirements
  • 300 DPI minimum resolution
  • PDF or PNG format
  • CMYK color mode (for print)
  • No low-quality images or text
  • Bleed marks included if possible

We take quality seriously. Low quality artwork leads to poor final products. We will always request corrections rather than deliver subpar items.
